FIT TIP: Stay hydrated.


We are all familiar with the 8 glasses a day rule but another way to ensure you're staying properly hydrated is to consume half your body weight in ounces of water per day.  So if you weigh 140 lbs, drink 70 ounces.  Drinking out of a large sport bottle is great for measuring volume.  Set water goals for different times throughout the day so you stay on top of your hydration.  Now go have a drink!
