welcome to THE FIT LIFT.

How did this idea all come to fruition?  Well, we both were on a path of self-renewal (perhaps this happens to all women in their mid-30's?), and fitness started to become an even greater driving force to facilitate that in both of our personal lives.  We had tossed the idea of teaming up together back and forth for a few months, and by the end of 2014, we were both certain that we wanted to start on this path together.  As a matter of fact we had our first meeting on January 1, 2015 and we haven't looked back.  Both of us have a passion for health and wellness, but it's our differences that make us stronger.  Sarah is our visual creator, and Susanne is our expressive communicator; the combination of the two unique talents combine together as a powerful, unified force.  Just like our logo; two mirror images of "S", we are two women, two friends, two partners.  Where we overlap and join, we become a strong and beautiful heart.

Our vision is to concisely and effectively present useful information in a positive, motivating and uplifting manner.  We decided on THE FIT LIFT, because we want you to "lift" that bar up, and we hope to help get you there in an uplifting way.

We hope you enjoy!

Sarah and Susanne

  1. This is so awesome and it really hits home. I was a surrogate for my best friend and gave birth to her baby in May 2013. I had decided while I was pregnant with him that once he was born I was going to train for a half marathon. I was nearing 34 at that point and had never been a runner ever in my life and most thought I was crazy, even I thought I was crazy but with my husband's support and encouragement, I ran 2 half marathons in 2014 and I have already 5 lined up for 2015 with my goal being a full marathon by my 40th birthday. I am probably in the best phsyical, mental and emotional being now at 35 then at any point in my life. At this point, I am looking to stay fit, healthy and inspire my daughters with all that I have accomplished. Congrats again on this endeavor, and I look forward to all that you accomplish with it.

  2. Brilliant! This mirrors my desire for a #bodyrebuild perfectly. Postpartum sepsis destroyed my body...2015 is for getting it all back. Cheers!
