Challenge: It's Cool to be Kind

Did you know that doing something kind for someone else, with no expectation of anything in return has a positive effect on the immune system?  It also helps to improve our OWN self-esteem and self-worth.  For us, the best reason to do it is to see that genuine smile on someone's face (or even just imagine it when grabbing the person's order behind us in the drive-through line at Tim Hortons).  

Whatever your motivator may be, we challenge you to perform a Random Act of Kindness this weekend, and see what kind of positive effect it has on you and those around you!
