FIT TIP: IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO FORM A HABIT


It takes 21 days of trying something new before it becomes habit forming.  For those of you who have recently decided that making your fitness and your health a priority, stop and be proud of yourself for a minute.  Look back and see, has it been less than 3 weeks?  If so, dig deep and persevere, you are almost there, and the rewards will be LIFE LONG!
