Do you BOSU?

The BOSU is one piece of gym equipment I like to incorporate frequently into my workouts.  The reason I love it so much is that it has so much instability, that it really forces you to stabilize and fully engage your abdominals while performing any exercise.

Try using the BOSU while doing push-ups, squats, mountain climbers or burpees for an increased challenge and to strengthen your core.
