FIT TIP: Change It Up!

If you don't love your hair or your outfit, what do you do?  Change it up, of course!  The same should go for your workout routine.  Your body is a pretty amazing machine, but it often gets "bored" with the same old patterns.  If you are not getting the desired results, break out of your comfort zone and routine a little bit.  Here a few examples how:
  • If you do cardio first and then weights, flip-flop
  • If you do more plyometric style exercises, try adding some traditional weight-lifting into the mix
  • If you do cardio only, try adding some muscle-resistance moves
You get the idea!  It is so very important to switch it up in order to maximize your results.

Great things never came from comfort zones.
