You personalize this program to best fit your needs, and enter all of your activities and all of your food you consume during the day to count your calories.  It has the largest food database, even with a scanner for barcodes to count the calories for you (trust me, this made me elated when I scanned, and found out that my favourite summer beverage was only 100 calories).
